Vote-Submit-Confirm Process- Once a vote has been cast, the voter submits a vote and receives a confirmation email. The confirmation email reviews the recipient’s answers and allows them to modify their vote with a click. They can print this email for receipt of their vote.
Voting Checkpoints - ensure each voter can cast only one vote. The voting administrator defines the minimum and maximum number of responses allowed for each question. Informz ensures that responses are within the specified range before accepting the vote. Voters can receive a customized email with a link to the voting results after the voting window is closed.

BALLOT MARKETING

Customized Branding- Create candidate bio pages, upload an unlimited number of images and create your own table structures using the Informz editor.
Pre-Designed Ballot Style Sheets- Choose from one of the many style sheets or make your own to incorporate into your ballot.
Templates- Easily create or import html template designs for outbound emails to achieve the look and feel you want.
Email Management Tools- “Smart” technology detects who has and has not voted and sends tailored messages to voters. Track these emails too! Publish Options- Choose day and time to send voting emails or specify over a certain number of hours.
Offline Votes- Voter administrators, working with offline or absentee votes, can enter the ballot into Informz.

Randomized Rankings- Candidate choices on a ballot will be viewed in a different order by each voter.
Candidate Pictures- Upload pictures of candidates for display next to the candidate’s info on the ballot and/or the candidate’s bio page and set the size of the image displayed.
