Direct integration between Informz and Jenzabar!

Informz for Jenzabar allows users to create highly targeted and personalized emails that seamlessly integrate with their CX or EX database. Institutions can select recipients based on specific data elements, thereby allowing the creation of highly tailored messages for those recipients. In addition to powerful and user-friendly segmentation and email design tools, Informz also provides real-time reporting metrics including opens, click-throughs, and forwards. This data can be made viewable in Jenzabar CX or EX if the customer chooses to do so. Because the data synchronization is real-time, Informz receives both new records that match the target group criteria and email updates to existing records immediately prior to each email publishing, assuring that the most current information is always in use.
