The Michigan State Medical Society Utilizes Informz for iMIS to Customize Email Campaigns, Track Results and Save Time!

For over 8 months, the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) has been utilizing the power of Informz for iMIS to improve and leverage their email campaigns. Initially intrigued by the capabilities Informz for iMIS had to offer, MSMS viewed the seamless integration between their iMIS database and the Informz system as a critical factor in initiating a relationship, only to discover even more exciting capabilities.

Although the integration between our iMIS database and the Informz system was a major selling point, after months using the system, we found far more exciting benefits. Previously, we were unable to send out emails and track the status of what subscribers were doing once the email reached their inbox. By using advanced reporting features within Informz for iMIS, we are now able to track the emails we send and customize our email campaigns based on what our subscribers are doing with the email. We also have the capability to track emails that did not reach a subscriber's inbox and investigate the cause.

We submitted a request to Informz to have an email sent out to 15 different districts, all with different "From" addresses, as well as different content within the various emails. Our eMarketing Advisor at Informz quickly jumped on the project and we were able to get the details completed within the day. As a result, we were able to send this mailing out to all 15 districts with one click of the mouse. Prior to having Informz for iMIS in place, we were struggling to create and send 15 different emails. The old process was extremely time-consuming and frustrating to say the least."
