Real time metrics
If an organization is not tracking their emails, then they are missing the best part of email. After an email has been published, the user can obtain numerous real time activity reports in Informz to help them gauge the effectiveness of their campaign.
Writing Back Metris to iMIS
Activity information from Informz can be written directly back to iMIS in a User Defined table(at the user's discretion). This data can also be used with Crystal Reports and other querying and reporting tools. There are some small changes that are required to user's iMIS database. Once these steps are completed, Informz will make a few small changes to their iMIS database, test the configuration and enable the write back option for their Informz account. Information written back is as follows:
- Mailing Name
- Publish Date
- Confirmation that the email Delivered, Opened and Clicked

In Informz Analytics Center rounds out Informz's complete reporting suite, which offers out of the box real time reports for every type of analysis. These “on the fly” reports measure the effectiveness of each message, provide a health-check for campaigns and measure performance over time with aggregate metrics across multiple messages.

- Mailing Summary Report: Used to compare like mailings and graphically displays results
- Subscriber Activity Report: Measures engagement based on subscription length
- Hi/Low Report: Track highest opened or lowest opened emails across a timeframe
- Prospecting Report: Gives a score to each subscriber: (1) opens, (3) forwards, (5) clicks
- Spatial Click-Thru: Popup box displays total clicks that link received and click-thru %
- Cross-Sectional Report: Determine how different target groups responded to a series of mailings
