Sales Executive
The sales executive will engage in prospecting, qualifying, disqualifying and presenting solutions to prospects that have a need for email marketing services. Core Responsibilities:
- Develop a prospecting/sales plan that will result in achieving sales goals and the development of a targeted pipeline for projecting annual growth
- Prospect for email marketing solution opportunities with for-profit and non-profit entities including associations, colleges, and universities
- Perform cold/warm calls to prospective clients and set discovery appointments
- Pre-qualify prospects according to sales plan, budget, and decision-making process
- Present products and services to qualified clients through product demonstrations
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through close, with a clear understanding of where they are in the process and a clear next step
- Present at tradeshows and conferences and must represent Informz professionally and effectively
- Build, maintain, and document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM software and daily/weekly “cookbook” of activities, pipeline; forecast
- Prepare for and participate in business development team status meetings
- Participate in educational meetings on product development, updates, and offerings
- Work with management team to improve sales presentation and product demonstrations
- Consistently meets productivity metrics mutually agreed upon with management team
- Must be able to travel locally, domestically and abroad at least 20% annually

Qualifications

- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, contact management software, Photoshop, and HTML

Software Development Team
Senior Software Developer
The Senior Software Developer position is responsible for the design and development of new products and features for Informz and integrations with third-party systems. Support Analyst
The Support Analyst position provides second level support to external and internal customers, assisting them with Informz application related issues via phone or internal tracking system.

Core Responsibilities:
- Act as product experts supporting Client Services
- Work on replicating issues and narrowing down when issues occur
- Ensure all submitted cases are taken care of in an efficient manner
- Look for consistent problems and report to management
- Proactive testing as directed from the QA manager on what areas of the system should be tested each week
- Monitor Informz applications to ensure mail is processing, subscriber uploads and other offline activities
- Ensure fast response times through having enough staff being ready to answer questions
- Maintain a bug list and have developers work on bug correction
- Work with Client Services to determine the priority for the bugs to be fixed
- Conduct a regular release of software updates
- Ensure all code for changes is properly stored in Subversion and that new builds released to production are only code that has gone though QA
- Provide management with regular updates on key performance indicators
- Log all requests on an internal tracking system
