The Annual Vote

The Professional Service Team manages the online component of your election and works closely with you to conduct the vote in accordance with your organizational procedures.  Save time and money with the Informz online voting tool all while ensuring a secure election.

Expectation

First, the Professional Services Team works with you to identify the scope of the election, understand the results you are looking to accomplish and provide full access to view the statistics of the vote throughout the voting process.

Advice and Design

Informz provides professional and experienced advice on best practices for conducting an online election or poll.  Utilize our design team to develop a ballot that meets your branding needs, or we can use your current branding.

Secure Technology

The online voting module offers a secure infrastructure designed to protect against double voting or hacking into the ballot. This structure is called "the Vote-Submit-Confirm Process". The Professional Services Team walks you through an exact replica of your vote so you can fully understand this process and the voter experience.

In addition, during set-up, you may select from various email options to send voters, whether it's a reminder to vote or a thank you for voting.

Review Process

Once the final ballot and all emails have been selected for use, Informz will provide you the opportunity to review and make any revisions prior to the final locking of the ballot.

Locking the Vote

While the voter window is open, Informz continues to monitor statistics regarding the voter roll and offers advice on when to send out reminder or follow-up emails.

Post Election

When the election is over, we will deliver a post-election report, plus any other agreed-to deliverables. We meet with you to review the process, with an eye toward improving future elections.
